Yes, I am currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna. I am in the process of credentialing with BCBS and United. If your insurance provider is not listed, you may be able to receive out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance company to verify your coverage.

My out-of-network/private pay fee is $150 for regular 53-min session and $165 for a 60-min intake session. I can also provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
For those who wish to pay on their own for sessions, you will be provided a Good Faith Estimate to get an understanding of the cost of treatment at the beginning. This is in compliance with the "No Surprises Act."
See Ridgeline Therapy's Public Disclosure in accordance with this law here.

The duration of therapy varies greatly depending on individual circumstances.
For clients who have experienced trauma, the healing process can often take longer as we work through complex emotions and coping mechanisms.

Our telehealth sessions offer the same benefits as in-person therapy, but with the flexibility of meeting online. When we schedule an appointment, you'll receive a link to our secure video platform. All you need is a device with internet access. We'll connect face-to-face, ensuring your privacy with HIPAA-compliant technology. I'm serving clients physically located in Arizona.

I do not as it is outside my scope of practice per the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. If you are looking for paperwork to be completed I can refer you to other service providers or your medical provider for the appropriate documentation.

Life can be unpredictable and I am more than happy to work with you to reschedule an appointment. My policy is at least 24-hours notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee of $100, which is not covered by insurance.

Next Steps
-
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss your therapy goals. Therapy is a very personal process and you deserve to feel confident in choosing a therapist that is a good fit for your needs. We will also review your insurance coverage and discuss fees.
-
After the free consultation, if we feel like this will be a good fit, I will schedule you for an intake session. I will send you forms to complete prior to our first session. You will also receive confirmation of your session day, time, and details.
Your forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your intake session or we will reschedule.
